Emails and WhatsApp Business messages land on the right client. Move a session in one tap and your calendar follows.

05 Ask Craft

An assistant that’s read every note.

Ask where you left off with James, or have it prepare you for Thursday. Let it draft the follow-up, book the next session and set the reminder.

It shows its sources, and nothing happens until you say.

06 Security

Only you can open a transcript.

Encrypted, kept in the EU and deleted 30 days after your work with a client ends.

Questions coaches ask

What does my client see?
A participant named after you, such as ‘Hannah’s notetaker (recording)’, in full view in the call. Your client doesn’t need an account or an app. Your clients are told up front, and you can switch it off for anyone who’d rather not.
What if I see clients in person?
Keep your own notes in Craft during the session, or add a transcript from a recording app afterwards. Craft drafts the note from whatever you give it.
Where do my clients’ words go?
Transcripts are encrypted, kept in the EU and only you can open them. Your calls are recorded and transcribed by Recall.ai in the EU, and to draft a note Craft sends the text it needs to OpenAI. The full list of the services Craft uses, and where each is based, is in our privacy policy.
Which tools does it work with?
Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet for calls. Google and Outlook calendars. Gmail, Outlook and WhatsApp Business for messages. On your computer, in the app for Mac and Windows or in your browser.
Can I take my notes with me?
Yes. Ask, and we’ll export everything you’ve put into Craft.
Can I use Craft now?
